Stanford University has created a program called the Stanford Neurodiversity Project with the goal of making the workplace more friendly and accessible toward the neurodiverse communities. Their method is to offer specialized aid to both neurodiverse job seekers and employers during the job recruitment process as well as ongoing support on the job.
The leaders of this program understand that everyone has their own ways of thinking and solving a task. They use this understanding to unlock the innovation and creativity within the individual thereby making the workplace more productive and effective.
