Spotlight: Meet your Head of Customer Success, Alex Gillaspe

Alex Gillaspie is the Head of Customer Success at NeuroNav.


He holds Bachelor Degrees in Finance, Marketing, and Journalism and a Masters Degree in Secondary Education. Alex began his career with the Teach for America program as a High School Math Teacher in low-income communities in Phoenix. After teaching, Alex made the move to Tech and for the last 10 years has been a Head of Customer Success and Account Management at several tech startups with multiple $300+ MM exits. Alex was immediately drawn to NeuroNav’s mission–he has volunteered for the Special Olympics since 7th grade and believes every adult with developmental disabilities deserves the right to live the lives they’ve always dreamed of.


Alex is working to grow our Service Navigator organization to be able to serve millions of neurodivergent adults along their journey in the Self Determination program. He is deeply committed to the customer experience, and wants all of NeuroNav’s families to receive world class service that delivers them the outcome of their dreams. Additionally, he believes that workplace culture and diversity and inclusion is paramount to a good employee and client experience–so he is always working to ensure that NeuroNav is truly THE best and most inclusive company anyone could work for. Alex truly believes that NeuroNav has a unique opportunity to change the world for the better, and is beyond thrilled to be a part of such a strong mission.


When Alex isn’t working, he enjoys rooting on his lovable loser sports teams, trying his hand at golf (poorly), playing trivia, and watching comedy in all forms.
