Growth Marketing Manager
The Role

 

As the Growth Marketing Manager at NeuroNav, you will lead our strategic efforts in marketing soup to nuts with a focus on acquisition. This role would build the analytic backbone to measure the success of our outreach efforts to the 400k+ families across California who are eligible for our life-changing products and services. You will create experiments to test campaigns and marketing channels. You will build out our content strategy and leverage our team of experts to regularly share information to the disability community through our newsletter, social media and email campaigns. You will get to know the disability community across California and shape our voice as we share educational material and work to reach underserved communities in plain-language. You will work closely with our CEO, our partnerships manager, our Navigator team, and our product and technology team to share the news of how our products and services provide life-changing benefits to our customers.
 

You will have a hands-on role in:

  • Lead our strategic efforts in marketing

  • Lead campaign testing to drive efficiency in messaging and creative

  • Oversee comprehensive content and social strategy strategy for adoption of products and services, including but not limited to go-to-market efforts for email, paid social, and more

  • Build marketing strategy for new product and services launches

  • Build trust and share relevant information in a variety of channels within the disability community such as events, community partnerships, content marketing, and word of mouth

  • Own our marketing budget and clearly articulate ROI on marketing spend while finding efficiencies where possible

  • Refine our messaging to simplify government jargon and policy into clear benefits for the disability community

  • Establish processes for planning, executing and tracking campaign budgets and build from the ground up

Requirements
 

  • Passion to support the disability community 

  • Supportive and collaborative attitude

  • 3+ years of marketing experience

  • Experience building and implementing best growth marketing practices and processes
     

Additional Preferences

  • 2+ years of growth marketing experience

  • Experience at an early-stage start up

  • Based in the Bay Area to be able to collaborate in-person frequently

  • Experience in marketing products with a deep human element ideally in healthcare or human services

  • Experience in community management

  • Copyright experience
